Terms of Use

Sprout LMS is provided by American Landscaping Partners ("ALP") for use by its employees and authorized contractors. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Access

Accounts are created by invitation only and are personal to you. Keep your password and two-step verification codes to yourself, and tell your administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. ALP may suspend or remove access at any time, including when employment ends.

Acceptable use

The Platform is for completing and managing ALP training. Do not share course content outside ALP, attempt to access another person's records, or complete training on someone else's behalf — assessment results must reflect your own work, since they document safety qualifications.

Training records

Completions, scores, certificates, and license records created on the Platform are business records of ALP. See the Privacy Policy for how they are handled.

No warranty

The Platform is provided "as is". Course content supports — but does not replace — hands-on instruction, equipment manuals, and applicable regulations. When in doubt on a job site, follow your supervisor's direction and the written safety procedures.
