Sprout LMS ("the Platform") is the training platform operated for American Landscaping Partners ("ALP", "we", "us"). It is used by ALP employees and contractors to complete workplace training. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: name, work email, preferred language, branch and crew.
- Training records: course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz scores, completions, certificates, and professional licenses or credentials recorded by your employer.
- Technical data needed to run the service: session cookies for sign-in, and video playback quality metrics.
How it is used
Training records exist to document workplace-safety compliance and professional development. They are visible to you, your supervisors, and ALP training administrators. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and files, Mux for video streaming, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email) in United States data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Retention
Training and certification records are retained for the periods required by workplace-safety regulations, even after employment ends. Account access is deactivated when you leave ALP.
Your choices
You can update your name and language in Settings. For questions about your data, or to request a copy of your training records, contact your ALP administrator or email privacy@evergreenlms.com.
